Nasceu em Belo Horizonte no dia 20 de dezembro. Foi interno do Centro Educacional Dom Delfim de 1975 a 1984. Come\u00e7ou a trabalhar aos 18 anos na Prefeitura de Muria\u00e9, onde permaneceu de 1984 a 1989 no Horto Florestal. Entre 1990 e 1991 trabalhou na Carrocerias S\u00e3o Pedro. Em 1996, j\u00e1 concursado, tomou posse na Prefeitura lotado novamente no Horto onde permanece at\u00e9 os dias atuais. Entre 2010 e 2017 prestou servi\u00e7os no Tiro de Guerra. Estudou nas escolas Municipal Ant\u00f4nio Laviola e Estadual Desembargador Canedo. Por tr\u00eas mandatos, foi presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Moradores do Bairro da Barra.
